At Lincoln Culinary Institute (LCI), a division of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ, you’ll discover the beauty of baking as you learn to cook, mix, bake and create delicious goods in fully-equipped European-style kitchens. Bakers create gorgeous desserts that not only look good, but taste delicious, and at LCI’s Columbia campus, you’ll learn baking techniques and secrets from master chefs.

Baking School & Pastry Chef Curriculum Highlights

• Learning the art and science of breadmaking
• Culinary management and food service operations
• Working with sugar, chocolate, and artisan breads
• Creating pastries and cakes
• Creating centerpieces from chocolate, truffles and candy
• Viennoiserie
• Candy-making

You’ll also complete a three 90-hour externships in actual restaurant settings to help build valuable work experience.
